☀️ The SPF Mistake 72% of Women Make in Summer

1 Mins read

Hey Reader!

Yes, you’re wearing sunscreen. But are you wearing enough, and are you reapplying?

Research shows: Most people apply only 25–50% of the recommended amount of sunscreen, and forget to reapply altogether. That means you’re not getting the SPF protection listed on the label.

The fix:
✔️ Use ½ teaspoon for your face alone (or two fingers’ worth)
✔️ Reapply every 2 hours, especially if you’re sweating or in the sun
✔️ Try a SPF setting spray or powder to make reapplying makeup-friendly, but pay attention to the required amount because people often under apply when they use SPF sprays!

Bonus tip: Look for formulas labeled “broad spectrum” and “non-comedogenic” to protect without breakouts.

☀️ Add an SPF mini to your bag today—you’ll thank yourself by August.
